Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security, require the services of Multiple Project Managers.
Duties of the Project Manager
* Accountable for managing and leading a team, including providing clear and consistent communication, setting clear performance standards;
* Responsible for the management of schedule, risk, budget and resources, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to project progress;
* Identify risks and opportunities and take these into account in planning, decision making and priority setting;
* Build and sustain stakeholder engagement, including the ability to communicate with influence and negotiate effectively;
* Analyse and interpret project performance against agreed plans and develop and implement strategies to achieve project outcomes;
Skills required
* Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile etc.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in project management;
* TSPV Security Clearance.
