About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker in the community, you'll work collaboratively with a team to support older clients in their homes. Our non-medical care model includes services necessary to help patients safely and smoothly transition from a healthcare facility like a hospital to their home. Right at Home work with several partnering organisations to provide staffing solutions:
* Communication with family and healthcare providers
* Regular visits
* Medication reminders
* Transportation to doctor appointments
* Meal preparation
* Housework
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent experience)
* Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent experience)
* Current Police Check Clearance
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Paid Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
* Australian Driver's Licence
* 100 Points of ID (e.g., Medicare Card, Birth Certificate, Passport)
