Job Description
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls effectively.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain and organise the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared appropriately.
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Handle ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and office operations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Casual Receptionist Should Have
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
A professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
