About the role:
Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning
About you:
You hold recognised mental health qualifications in your discipline
(Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work)
You bring strong assessment and communication skills
You value collaborative, recovery-oriented practice
You are motivated to support people at a critical point in care
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $ $60.05 p.h.
