Fitaz is seeking a Social and Community Manager to elevate its digital presence. The role involves content creation, community engagement, and close collaboration with the founder.
Responsibilities
* Develop, shoot, edit, and publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, and paid channels.
* Shape daily brand presence and shape how the brand shows up.
* Engage directly with the community: respond in comments, DMs, and replies while monitoring audience conversations.
* Track performance of live content, identify improvements, and take ownership of iterative refinement.
* Collaborate closely with the founder and cross‐functional teams to translate emerging ideas into actionable content.
Qualifications
* Proven experience creating engaging social media content—not just managing it.
* Deep understanding of social media dynamics, content spread, and audience engagement.
* Strong taste, judgement, and instinct for what works across fitness, lifestyle, or self‐development niches.
* Insight into the mindset of a fitness audience and an ability to provide a unique point of view.
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment.
