This role is a full time fixed-term contract until November 2026, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Victoria. Your new role Leading and supporting recruitment projects, including talent pipelining, surge capability, and casual event recruitment Supporting the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns with a focus on diversity, regional reach, and compliance Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and systems Providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvements Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver workforce planning initiatives What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in large-scale staffing operations, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding processes Proven ability to manage operational recruitment projects with fixed deadlines Strong skills in policy development, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement Established experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded and is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and influence change Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with digital and data literacy Previous experience using Springboard is a bonus What you need to do now Ready to make a meaningful impact in your next role?
