**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate recruitment of a set number of positions per month through recruitment consultants
- Coordinate recruitment of a number of set positions using our own recruitment processes
- Build a suite of selection methods, interview guides and other materials to support managers and selection panels
- Work with the direct manager of each appointee to ensure an effective induction process is planned for the employee
- Engage with Recruitment consultants to ensure clarity and effective coordination of recruitment projects
**Required skills & experience**:
- Proven record of success in staff recruitment
- Knowledge of employment related legislation and regulations
- Strong relationship management skills
- Results oriented
- Strong personal organisation skills
