The Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.
* Be comfortable starting shifts from 1:30pm
What You'll Do
Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service
Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Maintain a positive, people-first culture
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Strong communication and people skills
Afternoon champion – availability to work a mixture of shifts predominately from 1:30pm starts – including weekends & holidays
Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
Valid RSA Certificate
