Marketing Position Overview
This role will play a key part in driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pork portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess opportunities and future trends by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts and strong analytics to identify new volume and profit growth areas.
* Manage alignment with domestic and export markets on brand growth plans annually.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive business objectives.
* Drive commercialisation of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging to deliver brand objectives.
* Provide leadership and clear direction to direct reports and external agencies to achieve business goals.
* Influence and collaborate with key business partners to ensure plans are aligned and executed at best-in-class levels.
About You:
* Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience
* Minimum 8 years sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG environment
* Consumer Brand management experience with focus on consumer insights
* Superior relationship building skills and senior stakeholder management essential
