At Complete Water Damage Services, we're looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented person to join our growing team as we expand into Victoria. If you already have hands‐on skills in the water‐damage restoration industry and are looking for career growth with a strong support system, a high focus on delivering the highest quality work and customer experience, then this might be a good fit.
Why Join Us?
We're a stable, secure, and growing company expanding into a new state, and we're looking for good people to grow with us. This is a hands‐on role within a supportive team that takes pride in delivering high‐quality work and genuinely helping people during water‐damage and emergency situations.
You'll be trusted, respected, and supported to do your best work – and we'll have your back when things get tough.
Pay Rate
Remuneration will be dependent on experience and ranges from $70,000 to $95,000+, based on your skills, experience, hours of work and any applicable trade or industry certifications.
Generous after‐hours and overtime rates provide strong earning potential for technicians who are reliable and willing to put in the extra effort.
What You'll Do
* Conducting inspections and assessments of water‐damaged properties
* Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting drying equipment
* Carrying out restoration tasks, including carpet cleaning and re‐laying

* Completing clear, accurate reports for insurance purposes
* Communicating professionally with clients and our office team
* Attending jobs across Victoria (company vehicle provided)
* Participating in an on‐call roster and occasional overnight stays
If you enjoy working within a clearly defined system and we'll train you properly on our systems from day one.
