The Role:
A highly strategic role, developing & driving the overarching Lifecycle Marketing roadmap across all channels, and for both local and international customer databases, for this Luxury-leader. Working across the end to end management of Email, SMS and direct outreach campaigns, in a highly cross-functional capacity, working alongside super high-performing, advanced teams within Marketing, Clientelling, Retail, Digital & eCommerce, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- A solid background within CRM & Lifecycle Marketing roles, driving strategic change
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Yotpo or similar
- Extensive knowledge of customer journey mapping & behaviour-triggered communications strategies
- Solid experience with developing personalisation and automation strategies, strong segmentation experience & a highly analytical approach
- Experience in people management would be highly advantageous
- A background in Luxury, Retail or Fashion would be very highly regarded, but not essential
