The Role
* Manage a residential property portfolio of 160 properties
* Handle tenancy management, including entries, exits, and routine tasks
* Back up your assistant as needed to ensure smooth operations
* Work closely with the assistant, directors, and team to maintain excellent service standards
* Share tools and technology, including company car, iPad, 360 camera, and phone
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years property management experience
* Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Ability to work flexibly and support your team
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Driver's licence
