About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee governance, reporting, and Committee engagement across a growing portfolio of caretaking agreements.
You will lead and mentor:
* Two Communities Portfolio Managers
* An Onsite Building Manager
The role will initially focus on four newly settled schemes, guiding them to full operational maturity before they transition to the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee governance, compliance, and performance of caretaking agreements
* Drive high‐level reporting, reviews, renewals, and top‐ups
* Build strong, proactive Committee relationships
* Lead and mentor team members, embedding high performance and best‐practice processes
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members
* Elevate handovers, customer touchpoints, and operational excellence across the division
About You
We're seeking a senior operator with the capability to lead a team and lift standards across a complex portfolio.
You will bring
* Strong experience in Strata Management or Caretaking Operations
* Proven ability in governance, reporting, and managing complex agreements
* Confident leadership style with a passion for developing people
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, solutions‐focused, and capable of driving improvement
* Desire to step into a strategic, non‐portfolio leadership role
