In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones.
Responsibilities:
* Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
* Advise clients on asset protection, tax minimization strategies, and beneficiary designations.
* Guide clients through the probate process.
* Communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding of complex legal matters.
* Maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants.
Qualifications:
* Law degree from an accredited law school.
* Previous experience or a keen interest in Wills and Estates law.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
