We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator, located in Geraldton to join our energy client on a recent power plant construction project for an initial 7-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a hands‑on role supporting site operations and administration in a dynamic environment. This role will be drive in drive out Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site administration
- Coordinate travel, flights, and accommodation for project personnel
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Manage document control and procurement processes
- Raise purchase orders
- Adhoc administration

Experience
- Previous experience in administration/ coordination
