About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team on-site and independently manage the delivery of residential roof replacement projects from start to finish.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising roofing crews on-site Managing safety, quality control and job sequencing Ensuring alignment with company values and standards Problem-solving on-site challenges and maintaining workflow Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in metal roofing A current driver's licence and White Card Ability to manage project delivery independently Working at Heights and high-risk licences (preferred) Leadership or team-supervision experience in the field Physically fit and capable of performing manual roofing tasks Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A strong understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installation methods What's In It For You?
