Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced retail sales professional to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As part of our showroom team, you'll play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, and using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships, ensuring the showroom runs smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in choosing the right bathroom products
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
* Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
