About the role:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. If you are enthusiastic individual, enjoy assisting customers, and thrive in a dynamic & busy work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers inquiring about solar and battery products.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing technical queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
* Work closely with the manager helping with general administrative tasks & duties.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
* Prioritise critical works and plan them based on resource availability
* Establish good relations with various clients & internal or external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in a customer service role - any industry is welcome
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Positive & a team player mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
