Exciting role for experienced Learning and Development Specialist working on implementation of new HR and Payroll system. 6 month contract initially. Brisbane or Sydney.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training materials
* Create quick reference guides, training manuals, online training modules and face to face training
* Work and collaborate with different teams including SME's, project teams members, change managers and vendors
* Play a key role ensuring users understand how to use new HR and Payroll system
* Identify opportunities to incorporate training and support
* Other duties as directed
Only candidates with the following skills should apply:
* Demonstrated experience working as an eLearning and Development Specialist or Instructional Designer
* Demonstrated experience delivering training material and ability to think outside the square
* Can work in a dynamic robust
* Experience designing and developing training materials for corporate of technical systems including training manuals, e-learning modules, guides, video tutorials
* Experience working on system implementations highly regarded
* Experience and familiar with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with Oracle, ADP or SAP systems including payroll and HCM systems
