Your New Role
We are looking for a Tradies, General Hand, Building Maintenance professional to join our team at our Mackay Branch. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role will support branch hire activities in the hire yard.

Duties
* Confidently operate large forklifts to load/unload materials and buildings.
* Prepare, clean and pack buildings to hire standards.
* Process paperwork of installation & return of hire assets via the operations construction process.
* Conduct stock takes of assets as required.
* Ensure customer requests for service are handled promptly and professionally.
* Prepare hire buildings for transit.
* Unpack and test run/clean ancillaries when buildings are returned from hire.

You Will Bring
* Experience in maintenance and repair of building structures (desirable).
* Large forklift experience and a forklift license.
* An open Driver's license.
* A White Card.
* Excellent customer focus with a professional phone manner and presentation.
* Solid attention to detail and numeric skills.
* Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Great interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
