The Magistrates' Court of Victoria relies on Registrars to facilitate effective court operations through legal, administrative, and quasi-judicial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform diverse duties encompassing legal, administrative, and in-court functions
* Provide authoritative guidance on court procedures and legislation
* Maintain liaison with judiciary, legal professionals, police, and public stakeholders
* Operate case management systems (e.g. Courtlink) and other technologies
* Supervise, train, and support staff members
* Contribute to policy development and implementation
* Maintain court building security and operations as required
About you
* Certificate IV in Government (Court Services) or equivalent qualification
* Able to multitask and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
