About the Role
We're a builder‐developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects across Melbourne, looking for an experienced Building Designer or Architect to join our internal team.
This is a senior, end‐to‐end role suited to someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to delivery. You'll work closely with our acquisitions, construction and delivery teams to design homes that align with our brand, balancing functionality, buildability and strong architectural outcomes.
The role spans building design, interiors, planning coordination and project delivery across a range of residential work.
What You'll Be Working On
* Knockdown rebuilds
* Renovations and extensions
* Full project delivery from site feasibility through to permits and construction documentation
* Architectural and building design across all project phases
* Interior design: material selections, cabinetry design, and spatial planning
* Town Planning and building permit coordination
* Liaising with councils, consultants and external stakeholders
* Working closely with construction teams throughout construction
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 7 years' experience in residential building design and/or architecture
* Strong portfolio across renovations, extensions and new residential builds
* Strong understanding of the Victorian planning and building permit process
* Confident producing and coordinating design documentation across all stages
* Strong eye for residential design, functionality and detailing
* Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
* Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working within a fast‐paced internal team environment
