The Role
We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Karratha team. In this full-time role working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
* Providing transport of our FIFO employees
* Raising and closing work orders
* Answering telephone, emails and responding to enquiries from internal and external sources
* Ensuring all maintenance on equipment is up to date
* Stocktakes of consumables and maintenance of all records & logs
* Assisting with the coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries
* General administration duties as required
What You will Need
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:
* A current Australian Drivers Licence
* Forklift ticket – desirable or willing to obtain
* Previous experience in Administration roles is desirable
* Enjoy working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
* Confident user of MS Office suite
* Australian work rights
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screens
* Be a Karratha resident
