Sales Leadership Role
* Lead a team of Account Executives across the ANZ territory, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
* Hire, develop, and retain top talent to meet business demands and drive team performance.
* Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the extended Pure Storage team aligned to your district, including Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Marketing executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and enable the team's execution of key KPIs, including pipeline growth, partner alignment, forecast accuracy, and proof-of-concept management.
2. Buid and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners, including partner principals, Account Executives, and leadership teams.
3. Drive sales activities, ensuring that each team member consistently meets or exceeds their sales targets.
4. Travel as required for internal meetings, client engagements, and partner interactions.
