Full-time, temporary Fleet Administrator role in Inner North Brisbane $38ph + Super

With expertise in construction, maintenance and asset management, this company supports various sectors such as transport, utilities, mining and facility management.
Your new role
You will be working from 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday, to provide high-quality fleet support by undertaking a range of duties such as:
* Oversee maintenance, finance and support processes related to fleet operations
* Track fleet compliance and coordinate servicing/maintenance when required
* Raise work orders and process invoices
* Engage with customers and stakeholders, providing timely support and excellent service
* General word processing, filing and record keeping
* Build effective working relationships, internally and externally
* Adhoc administration duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Your fleet administration / coordination will be highly beneficial, as well as:
* Experience with ERP systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Professional and personable communication
* Ability to build strong working relationships
