Working closely with HR and payroll stakeholders within shared services environments supporting multiple agencies, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of HR and payroll capabilities throughout system conversion. You will also ensure compliance with Australian Federal Government legislative and policy requirements.
This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP HR/Payroll and the ability to clearly communicate system changes to both business users and senior stakeholders.

Toro Consulting is seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance functional consultants to support the transition of financial processes as organisations move to the S/4HANA Finance architecture, including the shift from standalone systems to embedded capabilities such as SRM.
You will work closely with finance stakeholders across shared services environments, helping business teams understand system changes and adapt processes to enable a smooth transition.
This role requires strong SAP Finance functional expertise and proven ability to communicate complex system changes clearly to business users and leadership.
