The Impact You'll Have
At the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC), we help injured workers and employers resolve disputes and move forward with their lives. As part of an exciting growth chapter, we need you to join us as an Organisational Change Manager. You will shape how change is delivered across WIC, leading and embedding best‐practice change management approaches and equipping leaders and teams to adopt, adapt to, and sustain change.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead WIC's Change Management Framework, ensuring a consistent, people‐centred approach that translates strategy into meaningful outcomes.
* Lead and embed best‐practice change management approaches across WIC, reducing delivery risk and accelerating benefit realisation.
* Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure change readiness, adoption and stakeholder experience are understood and actionable at the executive level.
* Partner closely with the ePMO Manager and Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support governance, delivery and strategic initiatives.
* Drive organisation‐wide change, improving alignment, delivery outcomes, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our people.
What We're Looking For
* Deep expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with a track record of leading successful organisational change initiatives.
* Experience building and fostering change capability, including champion networks, professional development and communities of practice.
* Superior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level; confident partner to Executive Sponsors and ELT.
* Strong collaboration skills to align assurance, sequencing and change.
* Demonstrated success leading people‐centred change on major initiatives, including design and implementation of change strategies, impact assessments, readiness assessments and change communications.
* Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Change Management, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development).
* Professional credentials in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Change Management Institute).
