As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Directorate. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a wide range of administrative support relating to human resources, including maintaining files, staff audits, and supporting recruitment and selection processes.

You will deliver effective administrative support within the Directorate by providing leadership, training, and allocating tasks to ASO2 staff members. Additionally, you will manage purchasing and reimbursement requirements for staff in line with approved guidelines, liaising with Corporate and Financial Services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

* Provide financial support to the Business Manager, including invoicing, assisting with approvals, and contributing to monthly management reporting.

* Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
