SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) Consultant

Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand maintenance requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Solution Design & Architecture: Design overall SSAM architecture, including data models and mobile integration.
* Configuration & Customization: Configure work orders, notifications, condition monitoring, and mobile workflows.
* Mobile Application Enablement: Implement and optimize the SSAM mobile app using SAP BTP Mobile Services.
* Integration Management: Manage integration between SSAM and SAP S/4HANA PM/MM/SD/FI/CO modules.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and mobile sync validation.
* Support, Maintenance & Upgrades: Provide ongoing issue analysis, troubleshooting, and support for version upgrades.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in SAP EAM.
Preferred Qualifications
* Expertise in SAP Service and Asset Manager features.
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM and Fiori apps.
* Experience with SAP BTP, Mobile Services, MDK and GEF (Online & Offline Maps).
* Functional skills: Strong understanding of enterprise asset management and field service operations.
* Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management.
* Preferred experience in utilities, mining, or oil & gas industries.
* Prior experience in SAP Mobility Project Implementation.
* Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate Methodology.
