This is a hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle, working closely with another HR Advisor and a Safety Officer, you will support a diverse workforce including apprentices, mechanics, engineers, and office-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Assist with training, development, and HR administration
* Support annual performance and review cycles
* Provide guidance on awards, compensation, and benefits
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Assist with employee relations and performance matters
* Partner with Safety to support WHS processes
* Build strong working relationships across the business

Skills And Experiences
About You
* Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role or strong foundational HR experience
* Strong attention to detail with solid award knowledge
* Working knowledge of modern awards and employment conditions
* Recruitment and performance-focused mindset
* Comfortable working with blue-collar and professional staff
* Practical, organised, and confident communicator
* HRIS experience (ELMO) is an advantage
