About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to lead our busy lodge operations. This hands-on role covers everything from guest services to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest services
* Lead and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
* Manage rates and drive occupancy/revenue
* Maintain exceptional guest experiences and reviews
* Control costs while ensuring high presentation standards
About You
* 2+ years' experience in hotels, resorts, or similar (4–5 star ideal)
* Skilled in revenue management, sales, and reporting (RMS an advantage)
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Passionate about hospitality with a hands-on approach
* Flexible to work some evenings and weekends
