About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, you will support the Principal in leading a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and student success across the school. You will play a key role in improving educational outcomes, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and nurturing positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional leadership and a proven ability to manage school operations effectively, contributing to a supportive and high-performing school environment.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide strong instructional leadership to support high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Year 10.
* Lead the Senior Education and Training (SET) Planning process, supporting students to identify and achieve their individual pathways.
* Lead Career Education programs, preparing students for diverse post-school opportunities.
* Provide strategic oversight of the International Student Program, including homestay arrangements, compliance, and the coordination of study tours.
* Excels in building strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders.
* Shows the capacity to think strategically, manage operations effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
