Empire Real Estate is a proudly locally owned real estate business in Cairns, and we're looking for a capable and motivated Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the office.
This part-time role offers consistent, school-friendly hours and would suit someone seeking work during the day, with the opportunity to learn the real estate and property management industry from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a hands-on administrative role that supports all areas of the business. You'll play an important part in keeping the office organised, professional and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Answering phone and email enquiries professionally
· Preparing correspondence, forms and documentation
· Assisting with property management and sales administration tasks
· Coordinating tenant maintenance and contractors
· Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
· Supporting the business owner with daily administrative needs
About You
You're organised, dependable and comfortable working independently in a small business environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running efficiently.
You'll bring:
· Strong administration experience
· Clear and professional communication
· Proficiency with computers and office software
· A willingness to learn and take initiative
· A valid Driver's License
· Able to pass a National Police Check
Training will be provided — no real estate experience required.
