Job Description
The Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for liaising with the service team and site management to support tasks such as planned maintenance, reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating. This role is based in Cardiff and involves completing the maintenance coordination/allocation of tasks across multiple services and contracts ensuring successful and complete lifecycle of tasks within the CMMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the finance and accounts team by completing tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance
* Operate the internal helpdesk line and answer calls from engineers and client service desk
* Closing out work orders and perform necessary checks to move PO to Approved by Team leader status
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of maintenance activities and high level computer skills specifically within Microsoft Excel. They should also be able to learn new programs quickly.
Desirable skills include:
* Training in an OH&S, QA and environmental related discipline
