The Opportunity
This isn't just another account manager gig.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager / Agency Lead to partner closely with the founders and help drive the agency forward — leading client relationships, overseeing campaign delivery, managing team operations, and shaping our internal processes and culture.
You'll be the strategic brain, trusted client partner, and go-to leader across the agency. Think of this as being "one of us", a true agency leader who lives and breathes integrated marketing and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead strategy and campaign delivery for a dynamic portfolio of brands across tech, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, NFPs, property & more
Build and maintain senior client relationships as their trusted advisor.
Oversee team performance, workflow, and resource planning across creative, PR, and digital functions.
Partner with founders to guide agency direction and lead operational excellence.
Present campaign strategies and performance insights to executive stakeholders.
Mentor and develop the team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Contribute to new business development and pitch leadership.
What You'll Bring
Must-haves
3–5+ years in an account management role within a marketing, PR or creative agency.
Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, brand and PR.
Confidence leading teams and managing agency workflows.
Strong commercial acumen (budgets, ROI, forecasting).
Outstanding client relationship skills and stakeholder communication.
Nice-to-haves
PR or media relations experience.
Exposure to sectors like tech, healthcare, hospitality or real estate.
Experience in agency growth or business development.
