Working on a Fly-in Fly-out 2/1 roster, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and company policies. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE management plans for Civil and/or Near Shore Marine projects.Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.Provide guidance and training to project teams on HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure HSE requirements are effectively integrated into project plans.Monitor HSE performance indicators, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.Promote a positive safety culture by organizing toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HSE management.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or Cert IV in WHS minimum.Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in Australia, with 2-4 years of relevant FIFO construction experience.Sound knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.Experience working on Civil and/or Near Shore Marine projects will be highly regarded.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Relevant certifications such as First Aid, Drivers Licence and Construction White Card.Benefits:Competitive base salary of approximately $120K Base plus a huge 40% uplift on site-based work.11.5% Superannuation contributions to support your financial future.Opportunity to work on challenging projects in the picturesque Pilbara region.Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values teamwork and innovation.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Work-life balance with a Fly-in Fly-out 2/1 roster.If you are a dedicated and proactive HSE Advisor looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, apply now to join our exceptional team.
