About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Operations Officer to support tenancy and property management operations. Reporting to the Manager Housing Operations, you will ensure compliance with legislation, assist with housing programs, and provide quality service to tenants. This role requires occasional regional travel.

Murchison Region Aboriginal Corporation (MRAC) is a member-based, not-for-profit organisation providing quality, secure housing for Aboriginal people across the Midwest and Gascoyne regions. We own and manage 116 residential properties and reinvest all rental income into improving housing outcomes for our community.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage tenant communications, property inspections, and maintenance requests.
* Monitor rental arrears and represent MRAC at Residential Tribunal if required.
* Assist with Housing Support Program delivery and client engagement.
* Support financial processes and data reporting.
* Promote WHS and quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications in Social Housing, Community Services, or Property Management (or 2–3+ years' experience).
* Knowledge of tenancy legislation and housing operations.
* Strong communication and cultural awareness.
* WA Driver's License and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.

* Salary: $75,368 – $93,542 p.a. (Level 3/4) + salary sacrificing. of up to $16,000 annually.
