The Key Duties of the Position Include: The CIAM Platform Engineer holds an important role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function at the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the NDIA's consumer identity and access management (CIAM) solution.The CIAM Platform Engineer collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that CIAM solutions align with security standards, compliance regulations, and the core purpose of the NDIA, displaying a positive attitude towards people with disability.Tasks may include but are not limited to:Designing and implementing CIAM solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management.Implementing and uplifting CI/CD pipelines.Develop and implement automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.Possible after-hours on-call roster for major incidents.Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues affecting diverse communities including those living with disability or possess the ability to develop that understanding.
