We are seeking a friendly and motivated VR GP to join our well-established, doctor-owned mixed-billing clinic. The practice has a loyal, country-family patient base and a warm, supportive workplace culture where doctors and staff genuinely love what they do.
About the Practice
* Mixed billing clinic
* Approx. 75% private / 25% bulk billing (children under 16 & pensioners)
* 15-minute appointment blocks
* Supportive team of 2 male GPs + 1 female GP
* Nurse support daily + Nurse Practitioner (training)
* Large treatment room with opportunity for skin cancer work
* Replacing departing GP - walk into existing patient base
* Best Practice software + Heidi/Lyrebird AI technology
* Family-focused clinic with long-standing staff
* Spacious block near shopping centre, high visibility shopfront facing highway
Remuneration & Benefits
* 75% of Billings
* $220/hr guarantee with a 12-month contract
* Strong earning potential - approx. $18,000 take home per fortnight (4 days/week)

Requirements:
* AHPRA-registered GP (FRACGP preferred but not required).
* A commitment to patient care and community health.
* Interest in working in a busy, mixed billing environment.
* Open to both male and female GPs (preference for a female GP due to patient demand).
