As a Practice Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Duties Include:
* Immunisations and vaccinations (adult and childhood schedules)
* Wound care and management
* Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, heart disease)
* Health assessments and care plans
* ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical assessments
* Assisting with minor procedures
* Infection control and sterilisation
* Patient education and support
* Cold chain management and stock control
* Collaboration with GPs and the broader healthcare team
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A caring, professional, and proactive approach to patient care
