HR Manager | High-Growth Renewable Energy | Gold Coast 1Komma5° is a global smart energy leader accelerating the transition to a zero-carbon future. Following rapid growth and acquisitions across Australia, we’re seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end People & Culture operations. Based on the Gold Coast, this role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in fast-paced, growing, multi-site environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to build strong, compliant and scalable people practices. The Role: Reporting into the Business Operations Director, the HR Manager will take ownership of all core HR functions across the business, balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement, employee experience and risk management. This is a newly created position and you will need to be willing to get your hands dirty on all things HR. Working collaborately with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle within our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, employee relations and exits Provide advice and hands-on support to leaders on performance, conduct, absenteeism and disciplinary matters Manage employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy and strong documentation Partner with leaders on recruitment, workforce planning and capability development Own and maintain HR policies, procedures and frameworks Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, WHS and employment best practice Maintain accurate employment documentation and audit readiness Support performance review frameworks, leadership capability and employee engagement initiatives Maintain and improve HR systems and deliver regular people reporting (headcount, turnover, onboarding/offboarding, absenteeism) Support organisational change initiatives including growth, restructures and post-merger integration About You: 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Management role Strong employee relations and performance management experience Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work Confident partnering with senior leaders and managers Highly organised with strong communication and attention to detail Experience in multi-site or high-growth environments highly regarded Why Join 1Komma5°?
