The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at ROUSSOS, you will lead recruitment across a specialised portfolio within Construction, Engineering or Property, industries that are driving South Australia's economic growth.
Supported by a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator, you will
* Build deep relationships with clients and candidates
* Source and secure top talent through strategic search and engagement
* Drive business development with warmth, expertise, and confidence
* Guide your coordinator to ensure delivery excellence
* Collaborate closely with a passionate, experienced team who will back you 100%
