Role Overview:
The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality video and visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and visual communication in the cosmetic/beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Redbook, WeChat, and other social media channels.
* Create visually compelling static and motion graphics content (images, GIFs, infographics).
* Collaborate with the marketing team and clinicians to translate services, treatments, and promotions into creative content.
* Plan content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
* Optimise content for each platform, ensuring best practices for format, length, and engagement.
* Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
* Assist with photography for treatments, product shots, and clinic events.
* Maintain brand consistency across all content.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media content creation, especially video content.
* Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
* Photography skills are a plus.
* Experience creating content for Redbook and WeChat preferred.
* Understanding of cosmetic, aesthetic, or beauty industry trends.
* Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
* Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Portfolio Requirements:
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
* Video content (ideally 30–60 sec clips suitable for Redbook/WeChat)
* Social media campaigns or content examples
* Photography examples (optional but preferred)
* Any brand or clinic-related content (if available)
Portfolio submission formats: PDF, website link, Vimeo/YouTube links, or WeTransfer.
