We are looking for a seasoned Senior OpenShift Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.
* Support developers in automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerised applications using OpenShift, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm to support scalable cloud infrastructure.
* Ensure OpenShift security by applying best practices, including vulnerability scanning, network segmentation, and role-based access control.
* Lead technical teams in OpenShift projects, mentor junior engineers, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
The successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain an NV1 security clearance and a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (or equivalent) within 3-6 months. At least 5 years' experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster administration, including networking, security, storage, and troubleshooting in containerised environments, is required.
