We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental illness on their recovery journey.

Your primary responsibilities will include working individually with clients to develop and implement recovery-focused goals, providing service coordination and navigation of mental health and mainstream services, and adopting a person-centred approach to support the empowerment of individuals.

You will have the opportunity to travel to remote communities and provide essential mental health outreach services as required, assisting with building personal capacity and stability of individuals, and thriving in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience working with vulnerable people, an understanding of the Recovery Model of Care, and relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, high interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
