We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pipe Crew Maintenance Leading Hand to join our team. This role will oversee maintenance activities across pipe infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and oversee the use of pipe CCTV units for inspections and reporting
* Coordinate and perform trenchless pipe repair
* Manage pipe laying and drainage works, ensuring correct grades, trenching, bedding, and alignment
* Interpret construction plans and set out levels accurately
* Ensure safe practices when working in confined spaces, trench shoring, and dewatering.
* Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and team members to deliver works efficiently and to specification.
