We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager & Sales Support professional to elevate our real estate agency's brand presence and support our sales operations. This multifaceted role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on content creation and quality control responsibilities.
About the Role
As our Marketing Manager & Sales Support, you will be the driving force behind our agency's marketing initiatives while providing crucial support to our sales and property management team. You'll manage our digital presence, create compelling content, and ensure consistent quality across all business touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms
Create engaging content including property showcases, market updates, and brand stories
Manage and optimise website content to enhance user experience and SEO performance
Design professional marketing materials using Canva for property listings, campaigns, and brand collateral with newly created templates and guidelines
Property Marketing Technology
Conduct and manage Matterport 3D virtual tours for property listings
Coordinate and oversee the creation of professional floorplans
Ensure all digital property presentations meet quality standards
Stay current with emerging property marketing technologies
Brand Management & Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic sponsorship opportunities
Build relationships with local businesses and community organisations
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Develop partnerships that enhance our market presence
Quality Control & Business Operations
Implement and maintain quality control standards across all business operations
Review all marketing materials before publication
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
Monitor and improve internal processes for maximum efficiency
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Provide marketing support for property listings and social media etc
Property Management Support
Collaborate with the Property Management team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
List and lease rental properties
Proofreading of property ads
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools
Experience with Matterport technology or willingness to learn quickly
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
