Market-leading technology including EOS weight bearing x-ray and the latest 3T MRI scanners keeps SKG Radiology at the forefront of diagnostic imaging innovation.About the roleAs a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.In addition, this role will be heavily involved in Patient Services tasks such as liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone.Our successful candidate will demonstrate the following:A consistent Patients First focusA genuine passion for helping peopleOrganisational skillsThe ability to multitask in busy situationsA high degree of computer literacyAttention to detailThe ability to work within a team of health & medical professionalsHigh level communication skills with the ability to converse with people from diverse social and cultural backgroundsThis position is Full Time – 75 Hours per fortnightFlexibility of weekday hours is required as per the operational requirements of the branch.
