We're in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and elevating our visual identity across all channels.
The Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take a lead role within the Creative Team, working closely with the Creative Manager to concept, execute and refine high-impact creative across the brand.
You will not only deliver best-in-class design but also guide and mentor junior team members, helping to elevate overall creative output while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the conceptualisation and execution of on-brand creative across EDM, Ecommerce, App, Social, Paid Media and Print
* Own and drive campaign creative, from initial concept through to rollout across all channels
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager on seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand moments
* Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, guidance and fostering creative growth within the team
* Bring a strong eye for detail and ensure consistency in brand identity across all outputs
* Contribute to and help refine creative processes, workflows and systems within the team
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecomm, PR and Events to deliver cohesive and high-performing creative
* Concept and execute designs for events, activations and brand experiences
* Stay ahead of fashion, design and digital trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the brand
* Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Oversee and support image retouching, cropping and post-production where required
* Ensure all creative aligns with performance goals and digital best practices
Requirements
We're looking for a confident, highly creative individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is ready to take ownership of their work.
* 5+ years experience in a Graphic Design role (fashion or ecommerce preferred)
* Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, digital and brand work
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience or working knowledge of motion/video (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
* Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid social creative
* Experience working across EDMs (Klaviyo or similar highly regarded)
* High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to confidently present ideas and creative direction
* Passion for fashion, trends and visual storytelling
