This is a unique role that will have a deep impact across the business. It will require your knowledge and experience across talent acquisition, talent succession and development and core capability development. The Details Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies supporting the attraction and selection top talent. Design and execute training and development programs to build core capabilities required to deliver upon our strategy. Future proof the organisation’s capability through succession planning and talent management. A strategic partner to business functions that will drive performance, lead through change and build inspired and engaged teams. What We're Looking For This role will be part of a small team that has the opportunity to make a big difference. It will require someone who has broad experience across talent, OD and generalist roles. We’re looking for someone who: Has a passion for creating organisational change through the development and delivery of organisational people programs. Has experience defining an Employee Value Proposition and Brand and bringing this to life. Enjoys driving change and is experienced in transforming talent acquisition and development practices that enable business to deliver on their strategy. Cares more about getting to the right outcome, and less about what’s in the job description Has strong stakeholder engagement, well established communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
